It’s time to ferment! I am combining the potluck with the fermentation class once again by popular demand.
It’s a wonderful way to build community. We will be fermenting; sauerkraut, kimchi, cucumbers, and onions. Fermentation is more fun when done together. Bring a hardy vegetable to ferment, 2 pint size jars and a delicious macro/vegan dish to share and join the fun.
Fermentation party will begin at 4 pm
Potluck will be at 6.00
Vegetable choices: (choose 1)
1 large bag of carrots
3 medium yellow or white onions
1 large purple cabbage
3 large green cabbages
2 medium chinse cabbage
1 medium ginger
1 bunch red radishes
3 medium size watermelon radishes
