This is the time of year that determines your energy and movement forward. Spring is the season that influences movement. The stagnant winter energy begins to release and create motion both physically and mentally.
Liver energy is strong and aggressive. Whether you are aware of it or not, the liver will be active this month.
The main function of the liver is to provide blood flow throughout the body and mind. When liver energy is functioning well, the heart and blood storage and flow work smoothly.
In this class, I will be discussing the supportive foods and combinations needed to support liver energy to create a smooth transition from winter to spring.
