This first video below is for Ume Sho Kuzu Tea. This has been a wonderful aid for many, many people who are healing from Crohn’s, colitis, and other IBD’s.
When to use it:
Ume-sho-kuzu best used when you have loose stools, diarrhea, burning and bathroom urgency. You can drink it as needed up to once per hour until symptoms subside. Drinking a cup upon waking and before bed can be a very helpful practice during healing even when symptoms are minor or non-existent.

I wonder how this would be for menstrual cramping?
It would help if your food of choice are the following; cold, sweets, salads and fruits
and if along with your menstrual cycle you experience loose stools.
