I never get tired of hearing the stories of healing. Every time I hear a tumor has gotten smaller just because of a simple change in diet, I get chills down my spine

Yes, lifestyle changes do require time and effort, but how much time and effort does it take to deal with an illness? How much effort does it take to accommodate the effects of an unhealthy and unbalanced diet? I changed my eating habits simply because my body felt more comfortable in its skin with a natural, whole foods, balanced diet. It takes me no more time now to prepare my meals than it did before. The only effort it took was learning something new.

This is so true! I will procrastinate making goals for myself until the new year comes around, it is a blessing in disguise.

You don't need to go to a spa to get started with macrobiotics. Start in your own kitchen by tossing out foods that contain sugar, stimulants, meat, dairy products and chemicals. Try it for a week and feel the difference. Then learn more by reading about the macrobiotic way and gradually improve and refine your lifestyle.
At some point you will need to consult with a macrobiotic counsellor, and Virginia Harper is one of the best. Then your healing will kick into overdrive. Don't look back.
